Prices are in US Dollars, per person, per week and include:

• Accommodation prices are per person and subject to change without notice;
• *For student residence, breakfast is only served Monday through Saturday;

IMPORTANT NOTES and TERMS:

• All prices are per person, in USD (American dollars);
• Registration Fee is required for any course: USD 40;
• Placement Fee required for Volunteer work: USD 150;
• Airport pickup and drop-off at student accommodation: USD 35;
• Class time: 50min;
• Course duration: 2 weeks minimum;
• Group size: min. 2 and max. 7 students per group;
• Class Hours: morning (from 9 am to 1 pm) and afternoon (from 2 pm to 6 pm);
• Course Material: only the first set of text and exercise books is included;
• Airport Pick-up service: In case of a delay, students will be waited for up to 3 hours, however, only the first hour is included. For the two additional waiting hours, if necessary, we will charge USD 5 (each hour). Flight details (date, time, airport, airline, and flight number) must be confirmed at least one week before arrival, otherwise we will not guarantee the transfer service and there will be no refunds for this service.
• Accommodation is reserved from 12 noon on the Sunday prior to the start of the course until 12 noon on the Saturday following the last day of the course. Extra days can be purchased but we will need to check for availability.

GROUP INSTRUCTION START DATES – 2008

School will be closed on the following days:

Jan 1, March 21 and 24, April 2, May 1, June 16, July 9, August 18, December 8 & 25.

Class compensation

There will be no extra group classes to compensate for holidays – exception: if there are two or more holidays during the same week, students will have extra classes to compensate for one of those two.

Students taking private classes will always have extra classes to compensate for holidays.

Registration

Program payment must be received 2 weeks before the student arrives.

Last minute bookings are accepted but students’ requirements cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellation

Less than 2 weeks before the course starts: minus US$ 150 of the payment.

After the start of the course no refunds are given.
